I thought Floridian TFL'ers might be interested in this. I searched the Fresh From Florida website, and with some difficulty finally found the referenced brochure. It doesn't say much more than the article, but it does include the labeling requirements and illustrations. Here is the link

Thank you for a great public service. I have wanted to do this for several years with breads, muffins, and scones, but could not get past the existing regulations and could not afford a commercial establishment (there ain't that much money in bread). Unfortunately for me, I am moving from Florida in a few weeks, but I'm sure many will greatly appreciate your diligent research.
