I am looking for organic AP flour similar to Gold Medal organic flour. I want lower protein, at or below 10.5% and the flour must be organic. Gold Medal organic AP works fine but the only way I have found it is in 5 pound bags at the retail level. I hope to find 50 pound bags of something similar. Does anyone know of anything?
