Cheese making community like Fresh Loaf?
Hello folks!
Wondering if there are any cheese makers on TFL who can point me to a cheese making community akin to this site. Now that I have the bread basics down, I'd like to add some cheese making to my repertoir.
Guidance appreciated.

I found the cheese forum to be one of the best sites on the web. Very active, many of the members have a great deal of experiance in the field.

Yup, this is the main one (http://cheeseforum.org/forum). You'll find many experts there, including a few uber-experts such as LinuxBoy and Sailor Con Queso, plus a lot of questions/answers/tutorials and training etc. You should also visit the Washington Cheese Guild web site at http://www.wacheese.com. There are others as well, but these sites are a great start.
