but I won't use canola as I'm allergic to it. This is an old recipe and works great.

you can totally use another kind of oil. Probably not an olive oil, but certainly sunflower or peanut. :)

Organic flour can be used in a chocolate cake receipe. It gives a good flavor to the cake & also gives a good texture to the cake. See  for a very good chocolate cake receipe.

All the flours we have including whole Grain Spelt Flour are good for you & taste wonderful. We

strive to balance different kinds of flours on order to achieve a good flavor and texture balance.

Organic flour obtained by milling the wheat grown on a field, which is followed for a specific period

of time, under natural conditions without using any chemical fertilizers or agricultural

applications. This flour doesn't comprise any chemical waste and it is 100% pure and natural.

The Daisy label originated in Lancaster, Pennsylvania in 1890 and is still sold here by independent

grocers as well as online. The Annville Milling Company has been continuously operating on the site

of a Penn land grant since 1765, making this the oldest of its kind in the United States. To learn

I can't find your cake recipe on your blog. I searched for wacky cake, as you had directed another baker to do, and had no luck. Can you post it here?

Thank you!
