A great source for Vanilla Beans...
Saffron Threads and a few other things. This link was given to me by a chef who frequents another forum that I'm a member of. He says he orders from this company for his restaurant. I placed an order for a small amount of vanilla beans to see if I would like the quality and I will have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised. The beans are the best I have ever seen and very fresh. I haven't ordered any of the saffron or mushrooms so I can't tell you about them but if they are half as good as the vanilla then they are good.

It looks like Penzey's is a bit more expensive, but I've never been disappointed in any of the spices that I have purchased from them.
