Has anyone had any experience with Bay State Milling's Heritage Artisan flour? I have been looking at my local Bakery Supply wholesaler and this is a flour that I have not seen mentioned before. I searched the site here but there were no hits under "Heritage Artisan"

Heritage Artisan Flour
We use Heritage on a daily basis at Little European Bakery. It is an excellent flour and you should try it if you have not yet done so.
Thanks
I'll give it a try. I'm in Youngstown and so I can go to Cleveland and get KA or a somewhat shorter drive towards Pittsburgh and get the Heritage.

Heritage Flour
Do give it a try. I think it gives better results than the KA and - at least to us - is less expensive.
Bay State Milling
This interested me as I live in Massachusetts, aka The Bay STate. Wow! ITs main office is in Quincy where my son lived for about a year. They seem to only service commercial customers.

The Minneapolis Flour Co. 6000 Park Ave. Phone: 216-641-0762 they have a high
