Bob's Red Mill Organic Unbleached White Flour

Anyone using this who can tell me how it performs? It was the only white flour available at my small local grocery in anything more than small bag. They had this in bulk. Any other 'white' flour was the small 24oz bag of Arrowhead Mills or similar at an exorbitant price. I think the bin said unbromated/unbleached? I don't know if this is "bread flour" or "all-purpose flour" in tendency.

Here some info...

I think BRM has great flour. It's a bit expensive, but maybe that's because I live so close to the source..a 1/2 hour or so.

Thanks for the input

I did read their notes on the website - but a website blurb never says as much (or as honestly!) as an end user.

I don't find it -too- terribly expensive here. I think it was $1.29/pound in bulk.

My daughter buys it 25 pounds at a time

My daughter, who lives in Portland, buys this flour 25 pounds at a time and is very pleased with its performance.

So, is this AP or Bread flour?

Reviving this thread because I'd like to know the answer to the original question: should I treat Bob's Red Mill unbleached white flour as an AP flour or a bread flour?
