im dying to know how to make

im dying to know how to make them. they're the softest sweet buns i ever tried i've noticed sometimes they use yellow colouring? unless the colour comes from the eggs. if anyone finds out how to make these please post about it. thanks

in australia all the asian bakeries are called 'hot bread' bakeries.

Delicious!

Thank you tomsbread for the link to the Sweet Bun recipe. I 've made numerous Sweet bun recipe and not one has come close to the buns I purchase from NY's Chinatown shops.  This recipe comes pretty close and I think it's much better.  I love the taste.  I don't know how to post pictures.  I took several pictures...perhaps someone tell me where I can find the thread on posting pictures?

Glad you like it

Hi Lu,

Would love to see pictures of your bread. You can post the pictures to a photo sharing sites eg flickr and then post the links to the pictures here. At least that's how I did it when I posted pictures here. Don't know if that has changed.
