Cook's Illustrated (current issue) has a review of bowl scrapers. They recommend the iSi Basics Silicone Scraper Spatula over the the basic Ateco type rectangular plastic scraper. Does anyone have experience with the iSi product? --Pamela

Is it the kidney-shaped scraper?
I have both the rectangular and the kidney-shaped ones, but prefer the latter for scraping out bread bowls.

I use this one for everything
I have this scraper and I use it to scrape dough off the counter, and scrape dough out of a bowl. I also use it to mix dough ingredients, and later to scale and portion the dough. It's a great tool. I'm new to baking and it's the only scraper I have.
