I baked this a couple days ago, but had 12 ounces of the dough over, so put it in the fridge, well I was out all day yesterday, but today I baked it, the crust was fabulous but I didn't see any change in the crumb, :-((( qahtan

Did you see (taste) any difference in the flavour? I find it makes a pronounced improvement to retard the dough like that...
