This week's bread takes us to Colombia! I halved this recipe for pan blandito this time around. Definitely going to have to add more rising time for any bread now that we're making our way through November, but I like the simplicity of the recipe. Fun to roll up a couple of the blanditos with mozzarella cheese inside as well :)
