Dutch Oven Bread

Toast

Hello ~ I’m new here.  I like this site — so many good bread ideas!  Recently, I was given a Tramontina bread oven.  I went to the website and they do not have recipes.  I’ve googled “recipes for bread ovens”  and there are so many that I don’t know where to start.  Does anyone have a good recipe for a bread oven?  Thank you!

That's pretty open-ended.  The fact is that most any bread can be baked in one of these things if it will fit and the dough isn't so loose that it will spread out too much if not confined.

Have you made bread before?  What style would you like to make? In searches you would do best looking for "Dutch oven bread" or better, "how to bake bread in a cloche".  The word "cloche" is often used for a domed cover like the top of your Tramontina. Cloches are often ceramic but metal works fine too and won't crack.  Here's one link, which happens to use a ceramic one:

Rustic White Bread from a Bread Cloche

Most recipes out there will probably use sourdough but you can bake a bread made using dry or instant yeast just as well. The one in the link above is about as basic as it gets, and looks like a good starting point. Note that the link has you bake the bread with the base and cover at room temperature.  After you get used to handling the bread and using the cloche, you can try preheating the cloche or at least its dome in the oven first.  This should improve the results with even more rise and a more dramatic and interesting crust.
