Porkert UM75 Mill, - Anybody got one?

Porkert Grinder (supposed to be Portrait)

I was given a Porkert UM75 "Universal Grinder" as a present many years ago and just yesterday used it for the first time to try fresh-milled flour substitution for the whole wheat portion of my normal sourdough bread recipe. (Quite successfully, I may add!) It came with 2 sets of milling "burrs", one labeled specifically for milling coffee. Stupidly, I got these confused when I washed everything. They are only marked with numbers on each individual piece. I contacted Porkert, a Czech company, only to be told they haven't made these in nearly 20 years and nobody in the company today knows anything about this "grinder". I need to find someone who might have one to help me identify the correct burrs for milling grain. Of course, there is "trial and error"........

What's weird is, when I asked my preferred chatbot the question, just about every source it used came back to your post.  So, it quoted your comments as its information on the subject. There were a few others, but TFL was prominent.

That kinda freaks me. I don't want chatbots easily finding me or my inane comments.

I get this line from the Google AI summary

Grind consistency: The quality of the grind depends on the burrs used. Metal burrs produce a coarser texture, while ceramic ones can achieve a finer result.

As reported here. They say

I found the Porkert Grain Mill. In retrospect, I can say it was the best value of the inexpensive mills, selling for well under $100. It was made of cast iron, had an integral screw-type augur that could feed any type of material, and had two sets of burrs, metal and ceramic, which you could change without too much trouble. The metal burrs were well-suited for grinding coarser materials, but like the first set of burrs that came with my $15 mill, they didn’t make very good flour. However, the ceramic burrs did make good flour. I worried that the ceramic burrs would break down over time, adding little bits of ceramic to my flour. I worried about damaging my teeth. And the Porkert mill was not without problems.

The best I could do with a different bot was that the lower number on the burr is coffee and the higher number flour.
