Hello everyone! My names Antonios, Im the owner of Cafeneo, a Greek Cafe and bakery in Newark Delaware. Its a pleasure to be a part of this forum and I look forward to conversing with all of you. My first inquiry is where could I possibly post a job posting on this forum? I am looking for a talented and highly motivated Baker that wants to grow with my business. I have tried pastry schools and job hiring sites but with no luck.
I realize I'm a bit late to respond but I think that the most appropriate forum for your job posting would be the Professional Concerns forum. Of the existing forums, it looks like the best fit.
You might also want to consider posting the opening in the Bread Bakers Guild of America site.
Beyond the job posting, I hope that you can find the time to share some of your experiences as a baker here, too.
