The only Heather I know doesn't have an ounce of fat on her. 😃

Fish dinner

Tonight's dinner
Pan fried Flaxseed crusted halibut, spinach, and a couple of taters. 
If you are so rigid, and strict with meals you will never stick to the plan. After three months of a very strict low carbohydrate, low calorie nutritionally dense diet, I am ready to ease slightly. Adding more calories, and protein. During this phase I will be a bit more flexible. Being sure to leave a calorie deficit. At least 13 more pounds to go. Depending on how I go with strength training, maybe 23 lbs more. 180 with plenty of lean muscle is the ultimate goal. The down to earth goal is being in reasonably good health.
