On a side note, I have an espresso machine (Dalla Corte Mina) that was made near Milan in Baranzate… The craftsmanship of the Mina is exceptional and so is the espresso it delivers!
The ability to play with flow profiling during the pull, is a very interesting rabbit hole to explore.
I’ve also just started to learn to speak Italian…
