First timer with KoMoMio

Hi there,

 

I just received my KoMoMio and ai can’t wait to start milling!

I also bought a sieve adapter, so I wanted to see how I could attach it. So I unscrewed the grain recipient and realized that the upper stone holder has oil on it. Is there anything I need to do about it? Do I need to wipe it or put more over time?

any tips for first timers are deeply appreciated!

Run a couple of cups of sushi rice through the mill before grinding your first grain. Sushi rice is a cheap and easy way to periodically clean your mill.
