Iam a "Novice" 

 

What is the relationship bett the size of the proofing baskset and the clay baker

 

for example - I have a 9 inch banneton and a 11inch clay baker -

Sorry I can't help more. I mainly bake in loaf tins or muffin tins. If you bought from a website, they usually say in the description what is recommended since the volume of the bannetons can vary between shapes.
