Can I adjust a recipe to use a bread machine and share the recipe?

I adjusted Mountain Dog's Billowy Sourdough Cinnamon Rolls recipe so that I could make it in my bread machine.

I make the levain in the machine, and use instant mashed potatoes.

I also add a homemade "bread improver" similar to King Arthur's product since it's no longer available. It has ascorbic acid, gelatin and vital wheat gluten.

The results are delicious and a little bit easier to make. I'm disabled, so a few shortcuts help me to remain active in the kitchen.

Would it be acceptable for me to share my revised recipe on other websites, OF COURSE while acknowledging the original recipe is from thefreshloaf.com?

I don't want to violate any courtesy, policies or other norms.

  • THANK YOU to Mountain Dog for the original recipe.

Practically every recipe is a modification of one found elsewhere. Giving credit is sufficient. I'm sure people will be interested in your version.
