Sunmix 10 spiral is scratching the bowl
I have Sunmix 10 and the spiral arm needs to be adjusted it’s scratching the bottom of the bowl. Does anyone have this mixer and know how to fix this problem? There’s some play in the spiral are up and down. Thanks Steve.

I have Famag tilt head spiral mixer and I don't have this problem. That Sunmix 10 is a fixed head and should be very rigid, so something does not sound right with the play. I would call Sunmix to report this problem ASAP.
