electric oven recommendations?

Hi everyone!

I decided to get rid of the gas oven in my kitchen because I've always worked with electric ovens before and now I'm so frustrated with the baking results of this gas oven that I would like to swap.

It has to be a 30'' slide in range and I'm considering a Bosch with induction or a GE Cafe with a double oven. Does anyone of you have experience with one of those or even other recommendations? Has anyone ever worked with the Miele range that does steam?

Thank you so much for your advice!

… double oven with “moisture plus” (requires plumbing water to stove) steam injection in the upper unit. Both ovens have proofing, and many other, functions. The steam and proofing are great features for bread bakers. The modal dialogs (OK, OK, OK…) and algorithmicaly not-very-“smart” procedural sequences are occasionally mildly annoying, but after using for 6-ish months, I’m mostly very happy with the ovens.

Miele has other ovens they dub “steam ovens” but I have no idea how they differ from the ovens (not many, btw) like mine. I think there may be some lost in translation complications here, possibly exacerbated by marketing jargon.

Not sure how they differ from slide-ins
