Cinnamon buns without egg?

Panic.  Visitors coming, cinnamon buns requested, but I've run out of eggs.  Would it be OK to just sub more milk and yeast?

No need for additional yeast.  You might want to increase the butter slightly to make up for the fat that the egg yolks would have contributed.  Maybe one tablespoon of butter for two eggs?
