That’s amazing!!! All but the jalapeños! c
The jalapenos are homemade. The cowboy candy has been fermenting in sugar for months in the refrigerator. This was the last of the batch. They are not breathing fire hot, and very nice on a sandwich, or straight from the jar! Next time I see some nice farm fresh jalapenos at the farmers market I'll be making another batch!
I have never heard of that and will definitely try it ! Thank you for the info! c
We really like candied jalapeños and sweet jalapeño relish. Since the heat varies from one batch to the next, sometimes we like a lot and sometimes just a little.
