Lattice Loaf

The “Lattice Braid”, when developed into a loaf gives you a plait that has great looks, volume, and a scrumptious inside.

I'm so impressed how the braid has kept such a clearly defined shape. A lot of people have trouble with the bake when all too often the braids merge and disappear. Yours is perfect! And a sweet walnut filling sounds delicious.

Lovely.

Beautiful plaited loaf.  The fermentation is just perfect, under fermented and the braids tear between them and over fermented the definition is lost.  This was baked at just the right time, well donel
