Hello everyone

I' ve been following this site for years now and have gained valuable insight just by reading innumerous posts and discussions on homemade-bread issues. A big thank to all of you.

This post also serves as a test for me on how to post text and images, because I have reached an interesting method/recipe I would like to share with you, that consistently gives me results like this 'cotton-crumb' in the image. Very satisfactory, looks and taste wise. So, to be continued.......
