Two-eyed dough whisk

Hi folks. It's been a while. Long story short, I sold my house, haven't bought a new one, and thinking I wouldn't still be in a rental, I packed my bread-baking stuff! OMG! I'm in a house now with an oven, so I have a need to bake bread.

I'm in the market for a new dough whisk. And scraper. And while I'm at it, I'm going to buy a proofing basket (not wise as it's one more thing I'll have to pack up and move!) Anyway, the scraper will replace a Sur La Table. I want one similar size with the measurements on both edges. I like the idea of a two-eyed dough whisk. I do wonder if it is as efficient as I've read. Any comments?

My big issue is if the two-eyed version is more efficient, who makes them outside of China. I'm trying to cut down on Chinese-made products of any sort. Made in the USA is preferred, but any place that is not China is second best. Suggestions?

The manufacturing location goes for the scraper and proofing basket.

It is a lot to ask, trying to find things not made in China. I tried one day. It was not easy. Most things I wanted were all made in China.

I think the whisk shown in your link is what might be called a "one-eyed" whisk. Here's an example of a whisk that has two eyes: Danish Dough Whisk, which is made in China. That being said, I own two one-eyed whisks and they work just great.
