greatest thing since sliced bread
Is this (pictured) the greatest thing since sliced bread :)? I use this container to gauge bulk rise along with an aliquot jar (populated by Kristen Dennis). The pic is little deceptive from the camera angle but the dough rose about 80% which I usually shoot for to end bulk rise for a sourdough baguette dough (very slow rise). The small dough in the aliquot jar (not pictured here) will follow through until the end or until the dough go into the hot oven. I also bake the dough in the aliquot jar and swallow the min baguette whole :).
