It seems cheap for a brand name but honestly I wouldn't even take it if it were free as I am not a fan of planetary mixer.
I paid $299.99 for a refurbished unit of a similar Professional 600 series model, 6 qt, 575 watt motor, at Tuesday Morning, several years ago. KP26M1X. KP26M1XER to include the color code.
(I bought it as an "upgrade" for a friend, and she gave me her 5 quart bowl-lift model in return.)

Here's a handy comparison chart of KitchenAid mixers, tilt-head versus bowl-lift, 4.5, 5, 6, 7, and 8 quart models. Lists AC vs DC motors, which ones have all metal gears, and includes wattage.

They do this sale every year. They are solid mixers so long as you don't overload them. At this price I wonder if I should just buy a new mixer instead of refurbishing my old one.
Those mixers are made special for Costco. The Costco Model "KP26M9PC". I have checked the KA website and can't find this model number. I don't know if this is good, bad or indifferent. I'd do my homework before jumping on it.
Since it mentions watts, safe to assume AC. Listed in the list of features at the top, verified by zooming in on the side view. Definitely a good deal for most purposes but maybe not as good as DC for stiffer bread dough.
