That was my MO last year—lurking and then joining. I'm glad I did. I've learned a lot from all the helpful members here on The Fresh Loaf.
What are your interests?
I wanted to bake whole grain breads and found it challenging at first, but I'm having better success. I am now venturing into the Rye Zone and there is a lot to learn there as well, but the members here have helped immensely.
