A big hello and thanks!


Just a quick introduction, I am Sue and I live in Thailand and have been baking for 8/9 years sourdough.  Before that, I was baking bricks.  It is a learning experience every time I bake and that is why I love it.  Depends on the day, flour, mood, and so on.  Thank you for your site and I hope to learn much more in future.
