Hello everyone.

Hello 

Here's my daily bread, baked most days.

Sourdough with flour water salt and a little sesame oil added, makes for a good sandwich or toast, smells great.

I have a template to get the scoring correct.

Looks good Grumpy and because you did the right thing and filled in your info (A BIG WELL DONE)  i can see you are in Australia  too Brisbane to be exact. i do like the idea of your template / guide.

Welcome to TFL, that’s a great looking loaf of bread.  I like your addition of the sesame oil to your bread, it really must taste and smell great.

That's a fine looking bread. Curious, does the sesame oil add much flavor? And your scoring template is a great idea, nice.

Only slightly nutty and complements the sourness, but it also smells great and softens the crumb.

It must be difficult to be grumpy when your bread turns out as well as the pictured loaf.  :-)
