Nutrimill - classic or plus?

Has anyone used both Nutrimill classic and plus to be able to say which is better and for what?  I don't need the additional 4 cup capacity but the potential space-saving does seem attractive.  Secondly is the "plus" actually quieter than the classic?  I had the classic till it conked recently and it was very loud, but I got used to it.  

How much quieter is the plus?  Any other advantage?  Any minus?  Both cost the same.   If the plus is better and costs the same, why even make the classic?
