My first sourdough loaf!
HI, I'm a first time poster and had to show this photo of my first sourdough bake! No commercial yeast - just starter. It's definitely a long way from perfect (need to watch more videos of scoring) but I'm excited about it, and highly motivated to continue learning. I got some great tips from this site and look forward to posting many more bakes!
