Double-Fed Sweet Levain Question

So I just baked two loaves of the Forkish Double- Fed Sweet Levain Bread. They turned out great but need your thoughts on the taste. It is definitely different but I can’t put my finger on that smell coming from the crumb. Forkish calls it a musky levain  odor. Also - what do others think about the taste and smell of this bread.
