I’m so happy finding TFL!

have been home baking for a year, sticking to recipes that works the best for me, my starter and my flours, but still having curiosity and wild areas to be explored : high hydration dough, baguettes and different flours. 

From the first sight I can tell, that this is the great place to support me on this way, guide, motivate and challenge!
