Hi!

Hello, all! I have used this site for reference and clarification for almost a year now, and I have learned so much! I finally joined because I had a question of my own that hadn't yet been asked. I am native to Utah, and have been baking bread for a few years now. I started because I love kneading, which is ironic, because now that I am using mostly sourdough, I do a lot less kneading.
