NutriMill Artiste Mixer dough hooks

Looking at the packaging, it seems to have a bowl scraper, and cookie and cake paddles with the baker's pack.

What dough hook and other accessories does it include like wire whisks?  Does it need a Stainless Steel Dough Hook?

What doughs is it "good" for and which ones does it struggle with?
