Branching out in baking...
Hello all! I've been a home baker for a long time. But I'm brand new to sourdough baking. Just branching out, and trying to grow my skills. I've lurked here on and off through the years. It's nice to finally actually meet you all. :)

Glad you have come into the warmth of the kitchen and nice to have you onboard, perhaps you could tell us where you are from etc. if you click on your Avatar there is room to fill in a bit about yourself that we can all then view.

Always fun (and delicious) to grow your skills. As Derek said, tell us about you. Where in the whole world do you bake and what do you like? Being an international site, those answers can be very interesting. Heck, they are interesting even if (or esp. if) you are in my back yard.
