Greetings!

Hello, 

My name is Matt, and I live in the suburbs of Philadelphia, PA. Just wanted to say hi and that I'm super excited having joined the forum. 

I love to cook/bake, but I have never really focused much on bread. I got a Kamado-style grill a few years ago which I have really enjoyed using, and lots of people have mentioned that it works very well with making breads, so that will be my next adventure.

I really would like to advance my break making skills, and this forum definitely looks to be the place to do so. Looking forward to sharing ideas and getting feedback!
