flour everywhere!

Hello!  I am so pleased to introduce myself!  I have been browsing these forums for quite a while, but finally had a question I needed to ask to fellow baking enthusiasts!  So here I am!

I live in New York's Hudson Valley, and I have been baking for my family for years, and am in the process of launching my own microbakery.  I am really in awe of the Real Bread Campaign in the U.K. and hope that kind of acceptance and momentum builds in the U.S.  We could use something really positive right now!

I look forward to being a part of this forum and community and learning from so many talented and experienced bakers out there.  Now I'll post that pesky question I have that got me to log on in the first place...  but I'll do it in the right section of the forum...
