Blue Seal Turbofan Oven

Was looking for a Rofco B40.. as that seems to be the VW Camper Van of the micro bakery world.

But what about a Turbofan oven? any good for baking sourdough, yeasty breads, cookies, etc?

the price is low, seems a bit flimsy compared to blodgett but I wouldn't have any problem using one at home.

convection ovens are great. 2 speed fan are better. steam injection best, but then prices go up with features like that.
