What kind of Couché Cloth is this?

What kind of Couché Cloth is this person using? It doesn't look like they flour the liner, and as a result they come out with a completely naked loaf with no flour on the outside.

The result is a loaf without any flour on the outside, and I love the look! Any thoughts on how it could be done?

If anyone is interested, it came from this article - https://www.broadsheet.com.au/national/food-and-drink/article/how-make-your-own-sourdough-bread-home

looks just like a piece of linen fabric.  with a "seasoned" towel, a lower hydration dough wont stick too much. you can see in the first photo where the towel is being pulled off that it does cling but because the dough is firm, it doesnt stick or pull anything off.

i think there's some water spritzed on the crust to get that extra shine.
