Hey, I’m an ex chef (10+ years) turned electrician. During this lockdown, along with everyone else, I started playing with baking sourdough again. And my obsession began again! I bake a couple times a weak, mostly only whole grain for now, my wife has gestational diabetes and so the whole grain doesn’t seem to upset her sugars as much. Glad to be here, looking forward to learning from you all.
