Hey guys,


My name is Andrew, I'm from Atlanta, GA, USA. I've been baking sweets and simple stuff for a few years, and started baking bread back in November. Since beginning shelter in place back in March, I've been baking multiple times a week, and focusing almost exclusively on breads. I have started (and disposed of) more than a few sourdough starters in that time, but have been doing pretty good with yeast water and commercial yeast. I've focused a lot on the Bouabsa formula and dmsnyder's SJSD (minus the SD), which are staples in my house at this point. When I saw that there is a community bake happening, I decided I wanted to participate and sign up. Glad to be here and baking with yall!
