40qt Spiral Mixer Recommendation Needed!

Looking to purchase a spiral mixer that can accommodate around 90-100lbs of dough. It will be in a single phase home, but I'm open to getting a converter from American Rotary.

Obviously, Hobart is the gold standard, but at $23,000 it's not even a consideration.

Pleasant Hill sells the Famag IM-40 which looks like a good option, but have only seen reviews for their smaller models.

I'm open to a used machine, but haven't been able to find something on Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist or a nearby auction (Charlotte, NC).

Would love any thoughts/recs on a spiral mixer at the $2k-$5k price point.

Thank you!
