Theresa is great and her Sourdough courses on Udemy a steal (10+ USD).  I have followed 2 of them and can’t recommend them highly enough.  She’ll permanently answer your questions in the course forum and coach you whenever something goes amiss with one of the recipes of the course. Great training from a no-fuss highly experienced baker.
