Hello all,

Yet another quarantine baker, starting and restarting sourdough. I had good luck with "beer bread" a couple of times, but then I got stingy with my beer supply.

Sourdough starter is temperamental. I think my house has been too cold. Found good recipes for the discard though, maybe that's my calling.
