What else can I do with my mill other than mill wheat berries for bread?

HI, new here. I've had the Fidibus Classic Komo mill for a while now, but I've really only ever used it to mill hard wheat berries to make whole wheat yeast bread. I am looking for some ideas and inspirations to do more things with this mill, any suggestions? Thank you!
