Dough enhancer

When I first found thus site & started my bread making journey there was a recipe for dough enhancer with just 2 ingredients-lecithin granules & gluten.   I made a large batch which I kept in the freezer.  It works great.  Supply is running low & I cannot find that recipe.  Anyone have that recipe?  I have searched the internet & all I find are recipes that have a lot more ingredients.  Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.
