The price is a bit heavy but it works great.
I measured that it contains 30 gram water so I weigth it in a glas and keep it ready to add before I add the bread to the oven.

Stoom is Dutch for steam.
That’s a pretty cool little gadget. The price is prohibitive, for now. But, I will put that on The ol’ BBBL, aka: my Bread Baking Bucket List.
